Lanre Falusi, MD
Dr. Falusi an attending physician at Children’s Health Center at Adams Morgan and the Associate Medical Director of Municipal and Regional Affairs at the Child Health Advocacy Institute. In this role, Dr. Falusi’s priorities include advocacy and population health education for trainees and faculty, and collaborating with lawmakers and community agencies on child health matters, particularly regarding children in poverty and immigrant children. Dr. Falusi is also the Assistant Program Director for the Children’s National Pediatric Residency Community Health Track. Prior to joining the faculty at Children’s National, Dr. Falusi was the Director of Pediatrics and Educational Programs at CCI Health and Wellness Services, a federally-qualified health center in Maryland with a largely Latino patient population. Dr. Falusi is the Immediate Past President of the DC Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics and is an active member of the chapter’s Immigrant Health Committee. Dr. Falusi attended medical school at the University of Virginia and completed residency and chief residency at Children’s National.
