Dr Adipa is an attending physician in the Pediatric Hospitalist Division at CNHS. Prior to joining the faculty at Children’s National, she completed a global health delivery fellowship at Boston Children’s Hospital. Focusing on medical education and clinical care, her fellowship assignment was split between Uganda and Liberia. In Uganda, she served as a consultant pediatrician at the CURE Children’s hospital of Uganda. She subsequently served as pediatric faculty, teaching and mentoring residents and interns for the Liberia Postgraduate Medical Council. Her time was split between the John F. Kennedy Medical Center in Monrovia and Phebe hospital in Suakoko. She received her medical degree from Jefferson Medical College and completed her pediatric residency at Children’s National Health System. She is currently in the process of fostering a teaching and clinical partnership with one of the teaching hospitals in Ghana.
