Objectives: to pilot Utz laj ch’ob’oneem, a culturally centered adaption of the Thinking Health Program, within a community health center serving Tz’utujil families to:
- determine prevalence of Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADs),
- determine the feasibility and efficacy of Utz laj ch’ob’oneem, and
- iteratively adapt Utz laj ch’ob’oneem for future scale-up studies.
