Development and Assessment of an e-Learning Platform for General Pediatrics Nurse Training in Lesotho

Objectives: 

1. To develop an e-learning platform for the training of nurses in Lesotho on general pediatrics
2. To evaluate the effectiveness of this e-learning curriculum on the knowledge gain, knowledge retention, skills acquisition, and confidence of nurses in diagnosis and management of pediatric conditions
3. To explore the acceptability and feasibility of widespread scale-up of e-learning for nurse training in Lesotho
