Dr. Zachary Tabb will be giving this course’s lecture on diarrhea and dehydration in children in a global health context.
Dr. Tabb comes to Children’s National from the University of California, San Francisco where he was a HEAL Fellow serving Last Mile Health in Liberia and the Navajo Nation in New Mexico. Prior to joining UCSF, Dr. Tabb was a Fogarty Global Health Fellow in Tanzania where he managed the daily operations of an NIH-funded trial examining a mental health intervention for HIV-infected youth. Dr. Tabb’s global health experience extends back to before he completed his medical training at the Warren Alpert Medical School at Brown University and Baylor College of Medicine to early experiences as a Peace Corp volunteer in Uganda.
