Appolinaire Tiam, MD, MMed, “18-24 Months HIV Free Survival among HIV Exposed Children as a Measure of PMTCT Program Effectiveness”
Dr. Appolinaire Tiam is a recognized HIV/AIDS expert with demonstrated experience managing the technical implementation of integrated HIV/AIDS service delivery projects and in direct HIV patient care. His research work focuses on children and women living with HIV in Sub-Saharan Africa. He is currently Principal Investigator on several studies in many countries. Dr. Tiam currently provides technical oversight and support for clinical research projects in his current role as the Director of Global Clinical Research for the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation.
