Take your program planning experience to the next level with our fall workshop at the Consortium of Universities for Global Health (CUGH), in partnership with O’Neill Paragon Solutions. We are offering a tactical program designed to hone your skills in developing international projects. Develop winning proposals based on analyzing potential environmental risks; conduct due diligence of local partners and stakeholders; determine legal requirements necessary for implementation; design a budget and monitor and evaluation strategies. Learn ethical approaches, and practice other proficiencies needed to secure funding and create a successful and sustainable international project. Come ready to bring the real world into the classroom and learn how to address the tough challenges that project managers deal with in international development – there is always more to learn when building lasting and impactful programs.
