• Learn about the standards required for health, safety, and security for those working overseas in an increasingly insecure international environment
• Understand the most relevant health, safety, and security measures that global
health staff and students need for working, traveling, and living overseas
• Understand the steps needed to implement health, safety, and security protocols for
students, staff, and volunteers prior to their travel
• Explore security challenges through small group sessions, tabletops, and workbooks
that will include executing emergency plans and standard operating procedures
