Meet Dr. Abdulrahman
Dr. Abdulrahman is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics and Emergency Medicine at George Washington School of Medicine and Children’s National Medical Center. She completed her Emergency Medicine Fellowship training at Emory University where she helped set up a global health tract for pediatric residents. At Children’s National, she teaches Emergency Triage Assessment and Treatment and Ethics in Global Health for the Pediatric Residency Global Health Course. She is originally from Ethiopia and has worked at the government hospital in Addis Ababa. She regularly attends meetings to discuss health issues in Ethiopia.
