Dr. Laura Willing routinely travels to an orphanage in Williamson, Haiti through Mount Sinai. There, she works on providing psychiatric training for teachers and caretakers as well as clinical care for the children in the orphanage and partner school. Currently, she fills a consultory role, working with the local providers through telemedicine to diagnose and treat children in Williamson.
